♥ What's in the Center of Yours?
From the McKinley Health Center, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign:
"Wellness is a state of optimal well-being that is oriented toward maximizing an individual’s potential. This is a life-long process of moving towards enhancing your physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, and environmental well-being. These six dimensions highlight important components of wellness."

♥ Do you sense anything missing in your life?
♥ Relationships and Wellness
Our greatest sense of personal wellness is very likely through relationships. When we have meaningful relationships, they influence all areas of our life. The Wellness doesn't show a person in relation to other people and their Wellness Wheels, but this is a crucial element.
♥ What are your social connections and relationships like with others?
♥ What is your relationship to God?
♥ The Center of Your Life
The Wellness Wheel shows the social and environmental dimensions, but it doesn't picture a person's relationship to God. If we have faith in Christ as our Savior and know Him intimately as Lord our life then Christ is at the very center! The black circle in the center would light up with the name of Christ to reflect His presence, love and grace.
♥ Does what is at the center of your life give you joy and peace?
